Thanks for sharing the article. Hard to feel any sympathy for the casino. They should have regularly checked the software on their machines. The fact that someone finds a glitch and takes advantage of it is not breaking the law, in my opinion. Would you be breaking the law if you found a glitch in driving over a certain piece of road that turns a red light green faster? I don't think so.
Reminds me of an incident about 4 years ago. Had $40 on a single number on an airball machine. The ball landed on the number, but didn't come up on the electronic screen. There were 3 others at the table who had money on that number, albeit not as much and I, who all began yelling for one of the employees. Of course, nothing was done. I reported it to the tribal gaming commission, who said they'd look into it and get back to me with the results. I'm still waiting....
