Elsa1: A One-Number Skip Column System

Preface: New system in testing.

Procedure: Note the newest
non-zero spin-value and its column. 

Bet the number two numbers over descending same
column once.  Repeat Procedure for each new spin-value.

Stop on a win or after 36 consecutive misses.

Example: #24 (newest spin-value)

Bet #18 once.

Example two: #2 (newest spin-value)

Bet #32 once....

*If a zero shows re-bet the last bet.

Bankroll suggestion: 108 units per one unit base bet.
(three bankrolls of 36 units)

Win-Target: +10% of the original bankroll amount.
