If you create your own even chances based on the last 18/19 numbers that is rolling and seeing whether it fell within the variance limits, and then playing consecutively can give you an advantage.

This ideas could be play , better on American wheel, as they have 38/2=19, thus the edge is only the payout.
They could play on HALF, of the wheel, say, left half, and right half=19numbers each.
The euro wheel, since 37, should only 18+19..or just leave out the green, but then zero=edge...
Or as u suggest, bet the last 18numbers, or 19numbers....
If play half right/left,
then there are ways to bet.

If according to Priyanka,
simply bet the last 18, or last 19numbers that hit.
