and how do you know if you are in the plus/minus if the spins are real fast? I do no methods that rely on CALCULATING my BR in three seconds. Turbo loves these.

You don't have to know that. the +1/-1 progression is not perfect, but it works
Just add one unit for each lost trigger (after 12 spins), and then -1u for each win until you reach 1u bet again.
