Procedure: Track the first and third column spin-values.
(Ignore zeros) Are the newest two spin-values ascending or descending?

If the last two spin-values are ascending-
(and the newest first or third column number)

Bet the quad to the right-and vice-versa
if the last two spin-values are descending.

Restart Procedure for each new spin-value. 
Stop on a win or after nine consecutive misses.

Example: 12,11,20 (newest spin-value)

The newest two spin-values are ascending and third
column is the newest between the first and third columns.

Bet 26,27,29,30 once.

Example two: 22,8 (newest spin-value)

The newest two spin-values are descending and first
column is the newest between the first and third columns.

Bet 1,2,4,5 once....

Bankroll suggestion: 27 units per one unit base bet.
(three bankrolls of nine units)

Win-Target: +10% of the original bankroll amount.
