Eli1: An Eleven Street Odd/Even Opposite System

Procedure: Note the newest Odd and Even spin-values. 

If the last decision is an Odd number bet zero and all
streets except the last Even number's street once and vice versa.

Repeat Procedure for each new spin.

Example (European Wheel): 19,12,35,0,9 (newest spin-value)

Bet one chip on zero and two chips on all streets except s10-12 once.

Example two (European Wheel): 35,1,24,15,26 (newest spin-value)

Bet one chip on zero and two chips on all streets except s13-15 once.

*You will need two chips on zero and double zero and
three chips on each of the 11 streets with the American wheel.

*If zero shows while betting, rebet the last bet.

Bankroll suggestion: 23 units for
European Wheels, 35 units for American Wheels.

Win-Target: +10 units per session.
