Qualifier is a column to hit twice and one column to hit once.
After the qualifier only bet the newest
two numbers to show in both columns.
Stop on a win or after 18 consecutive misses.
Example: ..32,15,14 (newest spin-value)
Second and third columns are most
active in the last three spins. (Qualifier)
Bet the newest two numbers from both columns.
(in this case bet #14,#15)
Bankroll suggestion: 108 units per one unit base bet.
(three bankrolls of 36 units)
Win-Target: +10% of the original bankroll amount.
